CP Coaching Academy’s technical group session (PDC) Player Development Centre is designed to provide a competitive and professional learning environment with a focus on technical improvement for players to learn and develop in small numbers. Our groups are arranged into no more than 12 players across 2 coaches to allow for maximum player support.

 

The PDC has been professionally structured into 12 monthly technical modules which is delivered across our centres over the year, each centre will focus on the development of 1 of the modules weekly throughout the month. Each week sessions are structured to pluck apart the main module topic into smaller segments, this allows for attention to detail and players technical advancement and understanding of the core module. Each player will receive a (PDP) Player Development Plan to outline the performance of the individual at the end of the module, targeting areas to improve.
